Payment information:
Port fees must be paid on arrival. All payments must be done with credit card through this webshop: www.tallyweb.dk/aarhus. Please use your own laptop, tablet or smartphone.
You can also scan the QR-code on the info boards or use the “PAYMENT” button on this page.
Documentation:
Payment confirmation as well as codes for shower facilities and Wi-Fi will be sent to you via SMS and e-mail upon payment of the visitor fee.
You will receive neither printed confirmation nor label for your boat. Your payment will be visible on the portable Harbour Master´s visible device.
Credit Cards:
We accept: Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, JCB and Maestro Cards.
Fees:
Will be presented as you enter the payment function. Further information can be found in the webpages of the yachtclubs, on information boards in front of the buildings or in the information folder located where you enter the bridge. Power, water, Wi-Fi and the use of rest rooms with laundry is included in the price.
IMPORTANT:
Please be aware of the number of your berth (see red/green sign) and of your credit card data before entering the payment function. You have a free choice between berths with green sign. Please notice that the Harbour Master may turn your sign red during the day. In that case you must leave your berth before 12.00 AM the following morning. Most likely you will easily find another vacant (green) berth in the morning as other visiting yachts leave the harbour.
